📄General Rules
We will be laying out the fundamental server and community rules and guidelines. By no means is this list comprehensive and you will not find every last scenario listed. Please use your best judgement
Inappropriate Content
This server is strictly PG, meaning no discussing topics that are mature in nature. Our community is made up of players from all age ranges and we want to create an experience that can suit everyone equally. You may not discuss content related to drugs, politics, sexual references, or other mature topics. Additionally, mentioning death or self harm is strictly forbidden in our community and will be reported.
Self Censoring / Chat Filter Bypassing
This is a PG server. Swearing will not be tolerated, particularly when directed towards another player. That being said, there are a few words some might consider swearing which are okay. We will not go over these but please be conscious of the language you choose. We have certain word and chat filters in place for a reason, and anyone who attempts to bypass those filters can be permanently banned. Self Censoring your words may also get your account banned, since this could be seen as a means of chat filter bypassing. Any programs that attempt to spam and/or bypass our chat filters or rate limiting will result in a permanent ban as spam bots are not allowed.
Excessive Caps
We get it, sometimes you are excited and want to type in all caps. Please refrain from going overboard and typing long or multiple sentences in all capital letters.
Impersonation
Impersonating staff or other players is strictly not allowed. Changing your name, even if done so temporarily, to that of another player will result in a permanent ban. Claiming to have the abilities that are those of a staff member is not allowed. Claiming that you represent the network or any of it's services without proper authority to do so will result in a permanent ban.
Disrespect / Toxicity
Being disrespectful towards any community member, or member of our staff team, is not allowed. Any insults, threats, or harassment to new members will result in a punishment being applied. If you have an issue with a player or staff member, being disrespectful publicly will result in a mute or ban. If you have issues with a certain player or staff member doing doing or not doing something they should, please use the proper reporting channels. Toxic behavior of any form will not be tolerated and repeat offenders risk being permanently banned. Toxic behavior includes general rudeness or disrespect, speaking ill of the community or it's members, or anything else that generates negativity. While we understand that not all players will like every decision we make, there are right and wrong ways to discuss them.
Network Specific
Exploiting
Utilizing dupes and or exploiting server features will result in a permanent ban. This rule also applies towards exploits that are not reported to a staff member.
Clients
Use of clients or any unfair game enhancement will result in a ban. (EX. Using more than 3 alts PER IP address, auto fishing, auto clickers, x-ray)
What is allowed: Performance enhancers/FPS boosts (Such as Optifine) Mini-maps/Waypoints (or anything that displays information already known in the F3 Minecraft menu Full bright Lunar Client (No Free cam) Litematica (No easy place or auto place functions)
Bypassing Server Features
Any attempt made to bypass chat filters, restrictions and plugins will result in a ban from the network.
This includes:
Spamming
Advertising
Names of other servers in chat
Bypassing item/chunk restrictions
Bypassing shop limits through other players
Using alternate accounts to bypass player limits
Advertising
Do not insinuate, encourage or advertise the join of other servers anywhere on the network. If you are reported or suspected of doing so you will be removed from the network.
This includes:
Mention of other network / server names in chat
Promotion of Discord server
Not reporting players who are advertising / chatting with players about said advertisement will be considered encouraging advertising and is against the rules
Posting external links or addresses to other servers
Do not punishment evade
If you have been banned from the network, any attempt to evade the punishment will result in all appeals to be voided.
If you have been banned the only way to be considered for an unban is through the appeal process in the discord (https://discord.com/HyvxExev4G)
No charge backs
Any attempt to charge back on the donation store will result in a permanent removal from the Minecraft server, Discord server and server store.
This includes:
Speaking about charge backs in chat
Encouraging players to charge back
Languages
Do not speak other languages that are not English. This is prohibited in all of our chat rooms and voice channels. Staff are unable to moderate and enforce rules in any language other than English.
What is allowed:
Labeling chests/naming items in other languages. However, if this is used as a method to speak to another player or if the name scheme breaks any other rule it is a ban-able offense.
Discussing Punishments
Any attempt to debate or dispute a punishment will result in a ban from the network. If would like to appeal a punishment please fill out an appeal in the discord .
This includes:
Having other players ask about your punishment on your behalf
Debating punishments
Talking about punishments in chat
